Chances are with the holidays ahead many of you are preparing for company. One of the most satisfying things to accomplish is polishing hardwood floors. Sure, it takes a lot of elbow grease…yet the outcome is always worth it.

First things first, you want to make sure all your floors are well swept or vacuumed and then lightly washed…and dried. See? Lots of elbow grease.

NOW you are ready to get polishing!

This one is simple - add:

-1 cup Olive Oil

-1 cup White Distilled Vinegar

- 30 drops Orange essential oil

Into a large 16 oz. glass spray bottle. Starting at the outer edges of the room, spray the polish evenly onto small sections of the floor, working it into the hardwood as you go using a microfiber cloth or clean sponge mop.

Let sit for 30 min - 1 hr before walking on. YOU WILL BE BLOWN AWAY! And your guests will be too! So pretty and shiny, you’ll be so pleased with all your hard work and ready for company.
