Cosmic chaos can be difficult to channel into positive energy. Under this next full moon, create your own energy amplifying blend! We are using Orange and Ylang Ylang essential oils by adding 10 drops each to 1 oz of carrier oil. We then anoint our hair and bodies while breathing intentionally and gathering ourselves when we need a reminder of how far we’ve come and where we’re heading. We even sometimes like to anoint a piece of quartz or labradorite and place under our pillow while sleeping!

According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, the Aug. 26, 2018 full moon is known as the sturgeon moon and the green corn moon because Native Americans caught a bounty of sturgeon fish and harvested their crops at this time of year!

It’s been a rough go this past month astrologically speaking. We’ve done a lot of soul searching and growth and we are ready to see the benefits.
